Q.F.18 Pr Field Gun Battery Deployment (Source R. S of A, Larkhill)

Bty Frontage 120 feet, 20ft between each gun.

The ammunition carried by the Gun Limber was 24 rds and the ammunition carried by the wagon Limber was 38 rds, 

giving a 1st line ammunition total of 62 rds.

 The wagon lines in the above diagram are for illustration purpose's only, as the wagon lines in action would be 

much further back, War Diaries say two or three miles or more to the rear.
